Booking Terms and Conditions 

Before purchasing tickets, please understand our booking terms and conditions as explained below.

 

Cancelation Policy

 

Unfortunately we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations. If you are unable to attend your booking then a change of dates can be offered. Amendments to bookings are not allowed within 72 hours of the event.

Refunds for bookings are only offered in the unfortunate event the management team are required to cancel your booking/no longer able to offer the service. 

 

Extreme Weather

​

The management reserves the right to cancel the event in their view if extreme weather could cause damage to property or could render the site unsafe for use by the public. 

In these extreme circumstances tickets could be transferred to another suitable day or a refund can be provided minus any booking fee’s.

 

Dogs 

​

Well behaved dogs are permitted on site. However they are to be kept on leads at all times and any mess collected.

 

Ticket Validation 

​

Upon arrival you will be asked to present your ticket to gain entry to the site. Please be prepared for one of our team to check, scan or validate your ticket. This can be done with either your booking reference, name of lead booker or by us scanning your digi-ticket QR code.
